• The purpose of the Deployment Team is to help:
  • Folks who are aware of their gifts & call to follow through with their ministry
  • Folks who have a ministry, to be supported either in a:
    • Small Group
    • Mentoring Experience
    • or to Develop their own Task related Team to help them with their Ministry

• In House Ministries May include:
  • Small Group Leaders
  • Mentors
  • Children's Ministry
  • Youth Ministry
  • Other Church related Tasks
    • Hospitality (Greeters and Ushers)
    • Telecare Ministry
    • etc.

• Community Ministries May include:
  • Habitat for Humanity
  • Heifer Project
  • Local concerns, needs, issues
  • Larger Community, World concerns and issues
  • Other...
