Team Notes:

• The Discipleship Team is responsible for conducting the Alpha Course (Faith related course) and the Omega Course (listening to God, gifts, & call course).

• If there are enough Team members, you could divide the Team members up into three groups with three people / team:
  • Meal Preparation Team
    • set up & clean up,
    • drinks,
    • food - make it or order it and see that it arrives on time
  • Alpha Course Team
  • Omega Course Team
• The courses are generally run three times a year:
  • In the Fall starting sometime in September
  • In the Winter starting sometime in January
  • In the Spring starting shortly after Easter Sunday

Alpha Course:

• Meal Preparation or Ordering
  • Table and room set up
  • Drinks available
  • Meal ready
  • Desert available

• Video and TV set up and ready to run
• Small Group leaders trained and ready to lead small groups after viewing the video

Omega Course:

• Eat Meal with Alpha participants
• Conduct Experiential Learning - Generally a quite time experience in the Sanctuary
  • A time to practice listening to God
• Small Group experience reflecting upon experience and using Mentoring Manual topics

  • Second Base
  • Third Base
  • Home Plate
