Do a "Bible Study" where I explain scriptures, or tell what I hear God saying	Do a "Bible Study" where we all share what God is telling us and I’m training an apprentice to take over in 6 weeks to 3 months
Run Confirmation by myself	Train mentors to run confirmation
Visit the Hospital by myself	Visit the Hospital with a Care Team member
Organize and conduct worship	Create a Worship Team to conduct Worship
I focus on the message	Scripture Text Bible Study w / laity helps me to focus on message, & others are encouraged to share their faith stories from the pulpit
Feed Sheep by answering their questions, taking care of their needs yourself	Teach Sheep how to feed "one another
Find someone to do something that needs to be done	Wait till God provides the person with the Gifts for the current need
Visit the Elderly	Part 1: A team (deacons?) is responsible for visiting Part 2: Those they visit are invited to become part of the church's Prayer Ministry (not a prayer chain but Intercessors & Lighthouses of Prayer)
Pastor has coffee with membership	Stewardship Team has coffee with membership (One or two at the most, at a time) [Implication: What is stewardship about? Relationships!]
NOTES: The decline of the traditonal church is due to the "system" of ministry we are using.
